AREC Computer Labs

The Department provides a 15 seat computer lab (3200 Symons), available 24 hours a day, for the exclusive use of our graduate students. Another 24 seat lab (0115 Symons) is available by reservation for classes, presentations and research (e.g. experimental economics sessions). These labs are equipped with thin client devices or workstations that connect end users to desktop virtual machines, allowing faculty and graduate students the capability to remotely access a virtual desktop.

AREC Library

AREC’s library (3205 Symons), also available 24 hours a day, is primarily for the faculty and graduate students of the Department. Undergraduate students employed by the department are also welcome to use the facility. This library is independent of the University Library System. There is usually a staff person in the library from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
