“Economic Costs and Opportunities,” as a part of 2-day “Riparian Buffer Systems– A Training Program for Maryland Resource Managers”. The first day was presentations.  Participants spent the second day touring riparian buffer sites and preparing plans to install or widen a buffer.  Employed Public Issues Education techniques in facilitated interdisciplinary group process on the second day.
